"I do think that you have established the best historical website of any small town. I think a lot of people appreciate it." - Brian Bohr
"Mr. Graybill...It was solely your own desire to preserve history, and curiousity of the Kremer connection to Joe Brown, that was my first encounter with this story (about the brutal murder of her great-great-grandparents). Thank you for your part in helping me add this new story to my family history." - Janet Kramer Romanelli
"I'm still amazed at the amount of info and work you put into the (web)site" - Brian Bohr
"The information contained in your website is fantastic...What a super group of people who have and still do compile this information to be shared with everyone." - Michael Groves
"Thank you for such a comprehensive website" - Sue Fortin
"I will dig through my old photos in the next couple of weeks & send you whatever I can find. I presently live in Florida. I will also send any information that I might have. I have become a fan of this site & visit it almost daily." - Bill Shollenberger
"I've been enjoying the website lately." - Brian Bohr, AAHS Lifetime Member
"The Auburn history (web)site is fantastic. Lots of interesting material, I'm especially partial to maps!" - Molly Penberth
"I have been enjoying the AAHS website. I always share the site with Auburn natives and they always appreciate it. You have done a great service to the people and history of Auburn. A lot of people don't realize how much work it is." - Brian Bohr, AAHS Lifetime Member
"ah-HAH! That explains why your Home page shows your building sign which includes a web address. I found it almost anachronistic (editor's note - definition of anachronistic: chronologically inconsistent in some arrangement, especially two things being seen or placed close together with contrasting effect such as that of person(s), event(s), object(s), or custom(s) from different periods of time) that a historical society's sign would include its web address. The recent addition of the Home page tells me that perhaps the sign is new, too? It's incredibly modern of you to have put your web address on the permanent sign. And perhaps very forward thinking. For which, I salute you. PS The website is really good. I find it to be very complete in its stories. Kudos to the webmaster and contributors." - "A Well-Wisher" (anonymously submitted)
"I wrote you months ago after finding your website. My name is Carol Johnson and I had originally sent a story of Milton Long and was searching for any of my family members...I cannot thank you enough for the photos and information you sent me! I have finally found my grandfather and I am ecstatic!
Two of the photos you sent were definitely part of my family! One was indeed my grandfather ..Roy Carson Long and one of the other pictures has his brother Robert Long! So the first look my dad got at his father was incredible! It is indeed exhilarating and we are over the top with this information. One of my brothers looks like his double and we are so grateful to you for your help to have been able to finally see him....and after 2 years of research I couldn't be happier!
So in ending..I just want to thank you with all my heart for helping me get this far and seeing the man I thought my dad would never know (or the rest of us!) and be able to find so much more..a sense of family and belonging! I am forever grateful Mr. Graybill!" - Carol "Carry" Johnson, York, PA

I was very impressed with attendance, your organization, your memorabilia room and your activities. Your group does a great job." - Rick Nagle, Schuylkill Haven Historian and Guest Speaker at the AAHS.
